Yummy easy meal.
I didn't take enough pictures, mainly because I was hungry and just wanted to EAT! Hahaha no pic-taking time!
But, don't worry! Its not complicated at all!
OK, so they are UNSTUFFED cabbage rolls because I'm lazy like that. Hahaha. I recently saw the original recipe online and said I HAVE to try it! So here we go!
1 lb. of ground beef
1 head of cabbage
Salt & pepper...whatever ;o) ADOBO!
1 clove of garlic
2 cups of beef broth
1 cup white rice
While beef is cooking, cut the cabbage as shown on the picture. Mince the clove of garlic. Slice the onion.
Add all ingredients together in the pan where the beef was cooking.
Season to taste.
You NEED a tight lid to fit the pan in order for the white rice to cook thoroughly.
Cook for 20-25 minutes at medium heat, stirring ocasionally.
And Voila! Enjoy!
YOU MUST KNOW: I REPLACE MY 'SALT AND PEPPER' WITH ADOBO! LIKE A TRUE PUERTORICAN! ;o)
